Nether...

Minecraft!!!!!!!! is awesome.
just a question i wanna ask, but
can anyone tell me exactly
what is in the nether? i have a vague
idea( ghasts, mobs, nether brick, lava,
glowstone) but is there anything else??
just wanna know...
